Very good bank. It was frustrating to get my first credit card with them nearly 10 years ago BUT I rate them highly because of their friendliness. Heather and Tess in the Okotoks Location in particular are a real treat. With banking you want efficiency, trust and a feeling you are cared for and such is my treatment. Would recommend. They could improve a touch on their turnover in the friendliness department, but the odd unpleasant experience can't affect my review. Its too infrequent.

Customer Care

This place has misled me multiple times. The last time was placing an extra long hold on a payment I made but telling me that their policy was different and that they would make it right. They never did and they still have my money. The tellers shout so there is little privacy on your personal information too. So happy that I don't have my main accounts here.

I love the service at this branch, but getting through to anyone there over the phone is near impossible.

I’ve had Only bad experiences with this bank they have taken 75 from me with no reason and when I got my card my security code does not work and when I ask for help none of them could help me out, They have very poor customer service. I’m definitely switching banks I don’t recommend coming here for your banking needs.
