I have had a good experience. I find though when you ad sweetener to your coffee you need to ask them to stir well. I find many times at many locations the sugar sits at the bottom. So make sure you ask for you tea or coffee stirred well. I also enjoy the farmers wraps. Yum. I think I am going to go to timmies. Another note is Tim Hortons have Processed cheese and cheddar cheese. You need to ask for cheddar if it is not mentioned that cheddar is in it.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich from them earlier today. I was told they didn't have any ciabatta buns left which was fine. Instead of giving me an actual chicken burger they substituted that for a chicken strip. 6 for a soggy chicken strip...
Coffee quality/taste is not great. I was a die hard Tim's fan until about 2-3 years ago, getting 2-4 coffees per week. At one point their coffee just went downhill. They are also consistently out of donut selections (never used to happen). Unfortunately this seems to be a chain wide issue (at least all the ones we have been to recently). We rarely go to Tim's anymore. If we do it's just for donuts and we'll make a second stop elsewhere for coffee. SO SAD!!! On a positive note, when we do go here staff is always friendly and service is quick.
My order was missing two drinks, when I called back I was advised to just ask for Michael to correct the order. Unfortunately when I could make it back to the store he was gone and neglected to write down an 'endorsement' (a communication binder) of my issue. I was advised without an endorsement they were unable to issue a gift card for the missing items. I said I understood as I didnt want their till to be short that night (as what was explained to me of they issues a gift card for the missing items). They apologized profusely and advised if I left my number in the endorsement binder I would be contacted next day by Michael. I allowed a few days for them to reach out with no luck. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service I experienced. Unfortunately this isn't the first time they've made a mistake on our orders.
Sheesh, If I wanted a burnt bagel that took forever I’d make it at home. Coffee was good though.
It's ok as timmys go.. they cater too much to drive thru.. when you order a bagel many times they only butter one side.. they need to work on it

Nice Tim. Always clean. Rare that they do not have what you want. Pretty rapid service. The only reason why I gave it a four star instead of five is because of the way the drive-through is placed, it doesn’t take too much cars that you’re already on the road waiting your turn or you could be in the line just before the microphone and you’re blocking the driveway for others. Except that it is a pretty nice Tim Horton
