Used for the first time yesterday to hire a 5 x 8 trailer, experience was easy from start to finish. I swept the trailer before returning and had no issues. Would recommend, this will now be my go to u-haul location. I've had other locations in Calgary try to say I've caused a chip on a windscreen or scratch on the inside of a van - luckily I always take photos all over before the rental and so I've been able to prove otherwise but I didn't have any of that here.

They did not have what the website and app said they had available upon arrival so I had to pay more money for a rental that was way bigger than I needed. Then the fun began I stood there for the next hour and change while they were unable to process my payment. This continued for 1.5 hours with 3 different employees and tech support on the phone but nothing could be solved. I was beginning to think this was a problem only the men and women at NASA could solve! I sat there for over 90mins and they didn't once offer me a discount or anything for my troubles. I would probably recommend trying a different UHAUL rental place if at all possible. This was a nightmare!

I do like Uhaul the truck was clean and worked just fine, I do not like the fact that if we chose pick up on location and not the mobile app that we got forced into using it, I do not have a smart phone and was glad that my wife was with me so we could use hers, the gentleman was not helpful as he could do everything needed on his office computer as UHaul office in other location did for us,
Totally different experience from other uhaul places. Upon arrival they had my reservation ready and keys in hand. After hours drop-off was convenient too.

Great friendly location. Had an issue with the vans performance and they rectified the problem for me. Good location easy access. Would definitely use them again if i were in the area to move again
Usually I like to sign on a bash people or businesses for crappy service and U-haul is the perfect company to do that to!! I've had horrible experiences before and was VERY reluctant to choose them again but this location ( Okotoks ) was amazing. The people on staff were friendly and very helpful. I ended up having to use them twice within a week to move a large house and both times was flawless. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone I know.
