This store is awesome. I was just in for the first time ever and was treated like an old friend. The girl was really friendly and chill, she didn’t pressure me. They don’t have a huge menu but what was there was top quality for sure. I don’t live in Okotoks but if I come back I’ll come here.

After dealing with all the locations in Okotoks and Calgary, I have to say that Urban Canna on Southridge Drive is by far the best experience. All the staff are friendly, helpful and understand the product they are selling, the store is clean, with an excellent selection of both affordable and premium cannabis. Whether you are new or experienced to cannabis, this location is guaranteed to give you the best time at the best price.
The staff at this shop are fantastic with their recommendations in product. They always ask the right questions to help me find the product that I may be looking for, these gals haven’t steered me wrong yet! I will come back again and again. By far the best shop in okotoks
Wow. I cannot say enough great things about urban canna on southridge in okotoks. Di is so helpful, she is knowledgeable and always has a great recommendation, she has never let me down. The store is always spotless and smells amazing. Di takes great care of her customers and the other staff follow suit. Clearly customer service is number 1 with this crew! I will definitely be returning to this store. I have never been to a dispensary where the staff are willing to go out of their way like urban canna!! Go check them out, I promise you won’t regret it.
