I called Full Throttle to get a quote on a patio project several weeks ago. I was told that they were already booked out to November but my wife and I had been impressed by their projects and scheduled an appointment for a quote. We took a Friday afternoon off work so that we could accommodate the owners business hours. About 10AM on the day of the appointment I called to see if we could move the appointment back by 30 minutes as I was concerned that my wife might be able to make it home in time. When I called I said stated who I was and mentioned that we had a scheduled appointment that afternoon. He said "that's not going to work because I'm on the road to Yakima. Could we do next week?". There was no call to say he wasn't going to make it and or any apology when I called him. We were just out a half day of work with no explanation. When I'd spoken with him previously he seemed genuinely nice so maybe this was a one off experience but we were quite disappointed.

Full throttle did a full sprinkler system, pond and planting. They totally nailed it out of the park. We had a plant die when spring hit and he replaced it for free. I really cant say enough about Mark and his employees. I recommend him to everyone.
