Usually I write bad negotiations rarely but what happened there was just not okay. Very bad quality and no chance of reclamtion or returning, even if I had no chance to realize the problem before wearing the shoes one time outside the store, yet unfriendly and inflexible one stuffmember. So I have shoes I can not wear to remember my holiday, bad service on top. Sad!

Sono cliente Primadonna da anni e non essendoci un punto vendita nella mia città, approfitto delle vacanze. Nel punto vendita di Olbia ho trovato il negozio chiuso 15 minuti prima dell'orario stabilito e quando ho bussato la commessa è uscita dalla postazione della cassa e si è nascosta in un punto dove non potevo vederla. Atteggiamento senza professionalità e alquanto imbarazzante.
Normalerweise liebe ich die Primadonna Geschäfte. Jedoch in Olbia wird man nicht begrüßt und ebenfalls mit 4 Paar in den Händen wird man ignoriert. Dieses Geschäft hat den Umsatz anscheinend nicht nötig.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.....gentilissima la commessa purtroppo non ricordo il nome....mi è stata di grande aiuto professionale e simpatica.
