This place could be great. Nice concept, beautiful views. Except, they didn't have a menu, and we were told we had to wait until the chef arrived, because he was going shopping, and the waitress didn't know what was on the menu. Chef arrives, and the waitress tells us we can order the beyond burger. I'm vegetarian so i appreciated that, but it's not an item they sell at stores here in olbia so they must have already had it in the kitchen. This was also confirmed by the owner who said that the burger is delivered from a distributor. Not sure why we had to wait for the chef to finish shopping then. After the chef arrived, we waited two hours to get our food. Apparently after we ordered a boat arrived and placed an order, and the kitchen went into tilt. The boat's order was processed before ours and we literally waited almost two hours for two burgers. Gives a whole new meaning to impossible burger. I hope they get their act in order, i cant imagine sitting through another four hour lunch consisting of two burgers.

Potatoes ware good. Bread was very dry. Burger ok. Bacon was black. Service ok. Expected more for a 12 euro burger and the 4 star rating.
Never again. Burger was disgusting.. staff members were rude and not friendly at all. Extremely expensive. I strongly recommend to go elsewhere. D I S G U S T I N G
Good service, probably some of the best I’ve had for a while in Olbia, keep her on! As for the food, very average burger, dry thick bun, very little bacon or cheese in the ‘bacon cheese burger’ very little flavour in the burger, having to add impossible to open sachets for old sauces that had separated. Please Just give fresh sauce bottles and save on plastic usage. And steam your buns longer, to freshen and soften. Plus chips were mild to cold. Not a busy night, plus not cheap. Hate to say it, wish I’d gone to Mckers! Disappointed, was hoping to make it a regular visit
I hope this review is limited to only that time and is not about food quality. So here is the story. We came in, very few people were at the restaurant, but all the tables were dirty, literally no available table to sit. Two members of the staff were on the counter, nobody bothered to greet us or look in our direction. After 10-15 minutes standing up between dirty tables we decided to leave. Personally, I did not see any of the Italian hospitality I experienced at the majority of the restaurants in Olbia. I hope I get the chance to change this rating.
The food isn't top expensive, but the service was pretty slow. We ordered three starters and they were served seperately 8 minuttes appart - two og them onion rings! The Ceasars Salad was great, but their Well Done dressing was olive pil and vinegar in two small bags. Not a Ceasars without the dressing! Despite the setbacks everybody enjoyed the food. Not a given in Sardinia.
Very nice burgers and very much courtesy! Recommended!
Great burger place with friendly staff, can highly recommended it. Juicy burgers and tasty side dishes grilled and fried to perfection.
