We did a tasting by reservation. Six samples and a cocktail. More than I drink in three days, so I sampled each. The history of the distillery, explanation of distilling process, and description of each product was great. The toddy was the most unique, so we bought a bottle to take home. Incredible deal for the price.

When we last visited they were allowing tastings. Love the \Toddy\ and now they have gin. Unfortunately when we went by this past weekend(Nov 7) it was reservations only. As a bonus, Gus' Fried Chicken is across the street.

We had the tasting and had an outstanding time. The taster was extremely knowledgeable of the distilling process and walk us thru the process of creating each liquor. You get 6 half-shots of liquors and a mixed cocktail, the taster takes you thru each of the liquor. The whiskey was outstanding, but the mix cocktail really showed how the whiskey can be used. The taster made an outstanding cocktail. We highly recommend the tasting and enjoyed the experience, but keep in mind due to COVID, the bar isn’t open.

This distillery is young and vibrant! From the moment you walk in, you know they mean business. We were taken on a wonderful tour of the facility by Kate who was fun and passionate about the work being done. Spoiler alert - they have vodka and gin that are to die for in addition to their wonderful, upcoming Tennessee Whiskey. We do admit that the Memphis Toddy was our favorite given its unique taste & we bought a bottle to indulge in at home. We couldn’t recommend this distillery and tour enough - please go visit!
