Charles Baker is the best contractor we have ever used. We have worked with Charles over the past several years on everything from restoration to park projects that require a sensitive touch to grading and construction.

I've tried on 4 occasions over a period of about 2 weeks, twice by e-mail and twice by phone. to get a call back for a project that is located about 6 miles from the company's office on Bat Cave Road. To date no one has returned the call or the e-mail. I just tried to call again (5th time) and got an answering machine, at which point I decided to post this information. (Update - as of today, 2/25/2020, I still have received no response)
They came through a referral from a water and stream restoration company. I tried to contact them on multiple occasions with zero response. I'd be afraid to hire them for any job if they can't respond for estimate requests.
