I have been a customer at this bank since before it was BB&T. As a long time customer I had a wonderful repor with former staff, time moves on and people retire, hence new employees. Mostly I do mobile banking and direct deposit, however today I had a question regarding a vehicle loan needing to know their interest rate so I called the bank. I was told that both parties who could help me were busy but someone would contact me in a few minutes, one hour and twenty minutes later I had not received a callback so I called again. No message had been delivered, hmmmm. I received extremely vague answers about interest rates even after explaining the amount of money that I needed to borrow and all other pertinent information. I felt a complete lack of interest from the bank employee, not receiving any signs or indications of customer service. It seems that they could care less about making a loan.

Worst drive thru ever , takes like 13 min for them to answer , then you have to scream at them cause the mic or speaker doesn't work well , come on now . I think they short on staff , it takes forever , other than that , they ok
The customer service is nice and very helpful. If I have a problem with anything concerning my account they don't hesitate to help me. I Love it.
One of the worse Banks I've ever used. Constantly had money \missing\ from this account which resulted in NSF fees in the hundreds. I'll stick to small credit unions from now on.
