Wonderful place to stay at! Nancy, the owner, and her family made the place feel welcoming and quaint! Large home with nice amenities for each room. It is located in Old Orchard Beach, ME and is about 10-15 minutes from Portland. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and shops.

Stayed here for two nights during Labor Day weekend. Amazing atmosphere and proximity to the main drag/beach. The owners were fantastic. They provided a great breakfast and were always eager to help in any way possible. The room was very clean and well kept, as was the overall property. Great room, breakfast, and location. Will definitely be staying here again!
Charming and relaxing
Steve, Nancy and Meghan were most gracious hosts especially given the complexity of the current pandemic. We felt very safe and appreciated their attention to detail. Our room was comfortable and charming. It was an easy walk to the beach. Breakfast was delicious with a perfectly cooked egg and bowl of fresh fruit included. This was our first stay at this delightful B&B and we plan to return next year.
My family and I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful historical Inn! We had a mix up with Expedia but they accommodated us instantly and made us feel right at home. The boys loved the pool and corn hole! The breakfast was amazing and the service was just absolutely great. Thank you again for having us. We can’t wait to come back!
Steve and Nancy were THE PERFECT HOSTS! Every detail was thought out on this property. Breakfast was always amazing and a great way to start off the day! I can’t wait to go back and hang out with them next year.

From the delicious breakfast to start your day, to helpful ideas of local places to visit, to the welcoming feel of their property with lawn games and chairs to relax in when you return in the evening to make it truly feel like a "Home" away from home! Absolutely loved my stay at Atlantic Birches! Such a wonderful family, comfortable accommodations, and delicious breakfast. We had no issues walking anywhere we wanted to go and will definitely be returning.
