Every time I come here the staff is more than willing to help my find what I'm looking for. So far their operating hours seems pretty accurate, even if they were closed I would not fret it. Covid and All. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to pick up some new vinyl.

Girl working there took no initiative to help is look for what we needed,wouldn't even move from behind the counter.Sh just said whatever we have is there. Disappointed that I drove a hour and ended up leaving to go elsewhere.Please hire people who have knowledge and are more people friendly willing to help.

I went to pick up a Beatles box set, but really wanted to also expand into jazz not knowing who or what. I was given quite a bit of time being educated on different options. I am now thoroughly enjoying Ramsey Lewis. I recently got back onto vinyl and enjoyed learning about Ramsey through liner notes in the album that I read to my wife. We danced and enjoyed the evening. Wow! Amazing musician. This is a wonderful place that they will take care of you. Also, if you like rare collectibles, they have many that you can add to your collection. I picked up an old VJ Beatles 45 in good shape.

Great customer service! But i bought a Vinyl for 25 tax and somewhere else is less than 20 tax. It was my bad for not researching. Not the greatest prices.
