Been calling at 8am for the past week n ow, now answer, anyone would think its closed down permanently, I think they are taking advantage of this whole corona and the surgeries not allowing people inside. So surely isn't busy and they can answer the phone lol, they are biggest joke around, the doctors are brill but the receptionist must think it's her business can answer the phone as and when she likes, and I will be taking this further and letting the correct department know about my experience and I will also be pointing out all other reviews. Needs closing down its a mockery to us.

Sadly the preceding reviews have it entirely correct, the reception staff are extremely rude on the phone. When calling to speak to GP about an ongoing condition and whether a further fit note is needed, am given the third degree (\don't fit notes just end?\) by a woman who at this point in the conversation hasn't even asked my name yet, letalone knows anything about the issue in question. Great way to start the day, getting talked down to by some woman who's entire job is supposedly customer contact. This is not an isolated incident, and most contact with this GP leaves a bad taste in one's mouth.
Anyone giving review, please give it on NHS website too as they reply on that but it has become a must to review here too to let other naives know what the surgery is overall, which is a big joke Lol Ignorant, careless doctors no matter what how many times u say to them they are just so lazy to update your prescriptions and you have to keep ringing them for weeks to get your correct prescription items. PLEASE AVOID THIS SURGERY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
This surgery needs better receptionist as the ones have no customer service skills are very rude and don't care and just want to get you off the phone only thing letting this surgery down.
