We have used Orchard Vets for years with all our pets. Always friendly and helpful. Explain any treatments clearly. We have their pet plan insurance which has saved us hundreds over the years on treatments and medications so would highly recommend anyone to take that out with them. Would also highly recommend this practise for your pets.

They are amazing here, so friendly and they really understand how you feel about your fur babies. They are so knowledgeable and they take such care. Would recommend them to everyone who has a pet. This is part of a group and I normally use the Wednesbury branch, but they didn't have any apps, so advised to try this branch. The care given at these 2 branches are unsurpassed by any others I've been to.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The premise is always clean and tidy. Plenty of space for you and your pet in the waiting area as well as separate waiting rooms. So if your pet isn't good with other animals or is very unwell, you're able to wait in a 'quiet room'. Easily accessible also as well as a fairly large parking area. Always recommend them to friends and family.
