Called over 150 times by 8.08am, no answer, been calling at different times throughout the day this past week and still no answer, useless, no excuse for this poor service provided. Will be changing my gp to a more reliable one.

Main big wig GMP has the communication skills of a baboon, it's a shame because the location is good. But she simply does NOT listen. I trust she's made loads of money and she'll be ready to retire soon, paving the way for another GMP this time with better listening and understsnunde skills:)

Waited for over 35 mins to be seen too. Another patient waited over 1hour 10 mins.
It should be closed down. They do not know how to treat patients at all. The waiting for when you call is a joke i waited 2 whole hours and still didnt get an appointment. It took me 3 days to get one. I walk in and the receptionists are having cake and tea when they should have been taking in the calls. Its disgusting. There are patients whos health has worsened as the doctors are not being attentive . The place is a joke. 100% do not recommend it
