We recently bought a caravan from Henry and Robert at Caravans Direct. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy, just friendly, helpful advice. At handover, time was taken to show us how everything operated. Their customer satisfaction is paramount and when a slight problem arose Henry and Robert were professional and courteous in finding a solution. Their service is first class and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We have just bought our very first caravan from Caravans Direct UK. We found a caravan we were interested in and travelled from the midlands to see. Met Henry who was very helpful and let us look around and didn’t rush us at all. Answered all our questions of which there was many being first time buyers. Henry was a pleasure to deal with and extremely friendly. We asked about having a motor mover fitted - yep no problem. Gave advice about towbars and all other bits needed for a first timer. On handover, Henry’s son Robert gave us a thorough working handover and showed us how to operate the motor mover. All in all, an excellent experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and thoroughly recommend Caravans Direct UK.

Fantastic place if you want a caravan, friendly, helpful,honest, trustworthy. Above all else they don't rip you off. What you see is what you get, nothing is hid. Great value caravans. Any issues they're on the end of the phone. They even delivered our as we hadn't had a tow bar fitted at that time. Great service and people.

We recently bought a Coachman 520/4 from here,we dealt with Henry in the main and he came across as a honest and genuine.The caravan we bought was a 2005 model,so not new and not perfect,but we expected that. We felt the caravan we bought was a fair price also for its year in good condition,we will be looking here again when the time comes for another replacement. We found the Caravans Direct buying experience a pleasant one with no pushing to get a sale,and time taken to answer questions.The hand over of the caravan was also given time to show and demonstrate how everything worked,and also to move everything from the caravan we part exchanged into our new to us caravan.Hence a 5 star review.

We have just taken ownership of our amazing 2008 Elddis Avante 2 Berth Club yesterday. What a pleasure doing business with the Owners Henry, son Bob, and there great engineer who fitted on a mover 4 us 2. We found the natural, honest, friendly welcome, and un pushy sales approach endearing, very rare indeed. A huge Thankyou all. We found you through Auto trader, whilst looking for a new small van. After 2 visits to view then collect it was so professional. A brilliant hand over. And fantastic drive home to Derbyshire the attached photo was between Chinley and Hayfield.
