I went into the Oldham town centre branch today and the girl that served me was excellent (sorry I didn't get her name but she was the only person there) She was so helpful and polite..her customer service was brilliant...I will be using that store again.

5x7 images are cut by hand on a guillotine with a dull blade, this results in a rough edge on your prints. No care is given when handling high gloss prints and gloves are not used. The images I have from there are covered in finger prints which I will now have to remove prior to framing.

It took a while but they did digitise the slides in the end. The results were acceptable.

I was charged 14.99 for Passport Size photo for only 2 copies and for another 2 extra copies I paid 12.99. when asked reason is it's because for Indian Passport the size is different. When it is 4 photos to submit for application why offering only 2 for 14.99 and don't publicise additional 2 will be at same price.
