First time we have used the take away service (online order and collect). The website was so easy to use. Clear instructions how to enter the restaurant and wait for food, providing an order number for collection. On arrival, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Communicated well amongst themselves and service was very quick. Food was well packaged and hot. Quality was not affected, it was no different than eating in the restaurant. Very impressed

The only reason they're getting two stars is because when you order in the restaurant everything is completely fine. Takeaway service is shocking at this store. We've attempted it twice and on both occasions there was something missing, meaning the whole order had to be made again and resulting in an even longer wait... If you're planning to pick up then try the Oldham town centre restaurant if you can.

I go to a specific Nando’s for chicken liver, so when ordering here, I was a bit worried but did ask how I wanted it. It’s always good to get them cut up into smaller pieces as it taste better from being cut down to cook better. This was not done unfortunately lol however, it tasted fine. Highly recommend this! Extra hot is the way to go! The bread bun and butter is the perfect match for this meal! Get a large side and go for mash and garlic bread, hint lol I always mix extra hot and wild herb on my chips or mash, it’s just lovely :) The chicken thigh burger, extra hot was amazing! I don’t really get burgers from Nando’s but I will from now on! Extra hot people! Amazing! Big shout out to Adam, branch manager - super polite. Great customer service and hospitality!
