My son has been coming to RF Dance for just over a year now and my nephew a few months. I cannot recommend this dance school highly enough. The teachers are caring and compassionate and there is a real sense of family when you step through the doors. Miss Becki goes above and beyond to make sure each and every child feels special and able to learn no matter what their skill level or ability.

My daughter has been dancing here for a year now and I couldn't recommend it more. Miss Becki is amazing with the kids and takes time to remember everyone's names and make them feel included. Such a lovely school with a great variety of classes :-)

My two daughters first started with an acro class at RF Dance. They could both do a cartwheel and wanted to learn some more advanced acro skills. They had both been dancing for a while in a more traditional dance school but it soon became clear that they were better suited to Miss Becki’s more relaxed and fun style of teaching so they switched to RF for ballet and tap too. Two years later they have learned how to do a very impressive array of acro tricks and are continually finding new ones that they want to work on. They have started new classes in cheer, jazz, street and lyrical with extra workshops from industry professionals in the school holidays. Miss Becki works hard to boost the confidence of every dancer. Mine have developed from being the kind of kids that were sometimes reluctant to join in the class at their first dance school, to being happy to perform a solo in a full theatre. They have enjoyed performing in a variety of shows, local charity events and competitions and are always working towards something new. They have got a lovely group of dance friends and newcomers are always welcomed. The older girls at RF dance always take time to chat with younger ones and encourage them. I love that my girls have older friends that are such fantastic role models. Miss Becki has helped my girls to find a real passion for dance. She somehow inspires them to work hard whilst always being kind and keeping classes fun. The dance school is growing now but Becki is ensuring that classes are kept small by bringing in new fabulous teachers and putting on more classes. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for RF dance and my two little dancers and would absolutely recommend this dance school to any child from toddler to teenager, we even have an adult class now .
RFDance is a family feel dance school based in Shaw, Oldham, which focuses on giving children the confidence to succeed both within and outside of the dance studio.
