Never written a review before but this place has the worst service ever so had to! We all know they take advantage and put prices high on school clothes as there is very little competition but then there lack of communication is ridiculous. almost 5 months to wait on a school jumper! communicated to me via text initially too. lot of time wasted just trying to get a school jumper.

Worst ever shop . Not organised at all. It doesn’t take a an expert to see the shop is poorly run. Schools open every September so why am can’t they open the shop longer hours before term starts , have more uniforms in stock, have more staff , and at least answer the phone. One star is to good but there isn’t a minus one angry shopper
School uniform ordered 1 month ago paid for it in store,the jumper wasnt availabke was told it would be ready for collection in 7-10 days. Nothing, no phone call or anything to say there was a delay.1 month gone now,the kid its not allowed to take the blazer off in school if he dont have jumper hes been boling in class , Went there twice all they tell you is wait for a call.A completely joke.If you can buy your kids uniforms somewhere else do it.
Extremely poor customer service. Lack of professionalism one would expect of a company providing this service. On no level was this a satisfactory experience. No order delivered as yet from August 2nd, no information provided or emailed to me regarding the delay. No communication what so ever. No answer on the customer services phone number provided. Atrocious. Will never purchase from this company again.
DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! absolutely shambolic experience. Was told uniforms would be delivered up to 14 days not seen until 4 weeks later and then they couldn't deliver them to the correct store so after much driving around i managed to track where my order was. Customer service is a joke- none of them knew where my order was! And still 2 jumpers missing out of the order which they have only just managed to locate. You cant ring the local stores as it just goes to answer phone. Totally shocking experience!
