Gave them my car details and they assured me they had the part. Mechanic told me it wasn’t the wrong one. Returned it to them and they told me to get my money back the following Monday. Went to get my money back and they laughed at my face. Avoid like the plague.

Rang for a radiator bracket and informed by the receptionist that the part is available. I was assured that the part will be reserved so I can pick this up the following morning. When arrived, no part was reserved for me and it was not even available. One of the staff tried his best to look for one but all of them were broken. Waste of time and very disappointing.
