I had a problem with one of my bulbs, I rang xenons online the owner told me to come over and he'll have a look. Great guy knows his stuff and sorted my problem out. Nothing was too much. Great service and customer service. I was in and out in no time. Will be using him in the future. Highly recommended. Support your local businesses.

Ordered HID kit and fog light LED bulbs. I received HID kit but no LED bulbs. I emailed twice asking for the mistake to be rectified to witch I never got a reply for, I then called up to ask what was going on and I was told they are very busy and they would replied soon, that was on the 10th November still no reply. Lucky for me I paid via Paypal so I opened up a claim for a refund witch is still going on now as Xenons online still won't reply to Paypal. Such a shame because I have read some good reviews via social media and the HID kit I did get was/is very good but the after sales let this company down in my option

Bought xenons for my mk4 mondeo and bulb holders. Sent 2 odd holders. Won't reply to email. Can't comment on the xenons cos I can't bloody fit them. Buy elsewhere

Terrible customer service, product doesn’t fit, they won’t listen to the fact i don’t want to modify my factory light plugs. Have sent item back, still no refund.

Had some issues with a faulty product, company we're straight it it for us and have sent replacements straight out.. great service and support thoroughly recommend them..
