Dealing with managers at this location is amazing, and extremely helpful. When you go during a busier time some staff seem so untrained and dismissive at times. Seems to me they expect you know everything even though you're asking. Clean store and very organized.

Recently had great experience when buying a heavy piece of workout equipment! The girl in the floor offered to push it to the til for me, I declined as I was still going to do a little shopping. Once at the til, I asked for help out and the cashier said that this young gentleman is here to help. It was as if he/they knew I was coming and was already to head outside with me to load up

Went in to have my tires swapped out under warranty coverage, and it was determined that two of the tires did not have the Replacement Advantage Warranty coverage which had been replaced previously under warranty and the store that had done the work had either not offered it or failed to put it on the file. While the work was being done Jared the service manager looked a little deeper and saw that I had always purchased the Replacement Advantage Warranty when ever new tires were put on. He and the General Manager went ahead and put all four tires through as warranty coverage. This saved me approximately 800 in new tires. Despite how busy they were, and issues with their computers they still found time to do a little bit of leg work and warrantied all my tires. These guys went above and beyond. I will continue to drive from Calgary to use them for all my future tire work, well worth the extra time. These guys were great! Thanks again guys!

Pretty good Canadian Tire except for the automotive when I go there looking for auto parts I give them the information they need for the auto I'm working on and when I talked to them at the counter you're looking at computer and if they don't see it there you're not even willing to look around or should she's a computer young inexperienced and they need a good Mentor someone to show them the ropes and not be lazy with the computer and service the customer
