David Doyle of Coldwell Banker Vision Realty has been the best agent we have ever worked with! He went above and beyond in order to sell our house and used several avenues to advertise so that the most people saw the listing. We had numerous showings, whereas in the past we had none. He familiarized himself about our local community and was able to answer potential buyers questions. He also helped us find the perfect house in a new town. He listened exactly to the type of house we were wanting and sent us options that we haven't even considered. He was very knowledgeable of the services and pros/cons of neighborhoods in our new community. As well, he was conscientious in following Covid protocols which we were concerned about. We are so happy with our new house!!! We truly believe David made this move possible.
