Cheap product, doesnt withstand normal wear and tear. Called and went in for repairs while paying for extra coverage, no one bothered to come out to do the repairs. Had a set date for pick up to take the couches, they booked it on a holiday then didn't show up. Called the following week and was told they would be scheduled to be picked up on the following Saturday. They didn't show up. It "wasent in their schedule" even after multiple calls the week prior. Nice people, to bad their service and products suck.
