Dropped of my taxes, I got a call when they were done. There was zero communication or explanation of breakdown. They “can’t” anything over the phone and the Receptionist also couldn’t explain. I paid for them and walked out feeling unjust- and wished I’d taken my taxes elsewhere

I have always done my own returns until 2 years ago when I stared using H&R Block. Not only were they fast and professional they found me extra funds for my refund. They also assisted me greatly in planning a good tax strategy for my mother.

I've been coming to the H&R Block in Olds to do my taxes for years. They are always professional, kind and provide amazing customer service. This is the reason why I drive up from Calgary to come to the Olds location specifically. The staff are wonderful to deal with and my taxes are always filed quickly and correctly. Thank you!!!!!!
Closes early and people on phone are rude. Parking was ample
