terrible customer service, picked out a belt for my daughter for Christmas.The belt had only one price tag on it got it to the counter and they told me it was 50.00 more !!!! the manager argued with me said some one must had switched it? I walked out with nothing Merry Christmas Lammle's, also this is not the first time this has happened to me.

Terrible customer service. No explanation that a riding helmet was a final sale. I was 'fitted' with a helmet 2 sizes too large. My email describing my experience and dissatisfaction didn't even result in an apology or an attempt to make this right but 'we will draw this to the attention of the area manager for training purposes'. I will NEVER shop there again.

Great selection of jeans and shirts, not to mention a huge boot wall and tack section. Staff are always friendly too!

I am only putting one star because my review will not post unless at least one star is selected....believe me there would be NO STARS posted otherwise! The worst customer service experience of my life. Was absolutely dumbfounded by the behaviour of their employees with emphasis on one in particular! This is definitely a bigoted establishment! If you are anything but a cowboy, expect to be disrespected, lied to and even physically confronted! We left the store wondering whether calling the police would make any impact on this behaviour at all. We will NEVER step foot in this establishment again!! To add to this companies lack of respect for its customers...I would like to add that a formal letter detailing the disrespect and events of our experience on that particular day, was sent to Lammle's head offices and to no surprise not a word was heard back from them!
