Excellent service! I have a misunderstanding on my order for 29box of kids meal but they never argue on me and just give what I want even they are too busy for lunch time, Thank you Arpan and Richelle you guys are the best! Very satisfied

When you get to the screen their speaker is so bad that you can barely hear the worker. Then I got to the window they had my order wrong and they also forgot the syrup in the iced coffee. Poor service.
I thought it was easy to go through with drive through was good for all size of vehicles
Always fresh cooked and ho at this location, this time the fries in the Big Mac combo were disappointedy barely warm and limp.
I ALWAYS have issues with this particular McDonald's location. Missing items from the bag or happy meals, burgers ordered without condiments have condiments anyways, french fries get re-fried and taste nasty, the staff is quite often rude. The final straw was today, when I was served a moldy McWrap. At this point, I'm done eating food from this location, and I'll be calling and making complaints to the health department and McDonalds head office because they're genuinely going to end up making someone sick.
I asked for fries with no salt, they dunked already cooked, salted fries in the oil and served them up. Too bad there isn’t a stand alone Mcdonalds location in Olds, this location is well below average in terms of quality.
The reviews about missing items at this location are correct. 3 out of 4 customers I witnessed while in the store were missing items from their order including mine. The food was good and the staff is friendly. Asked for extra sauce and wasn't charged for it.
Service was very good, coffee delightful, the food typical of McDonald's.
