I paid 5 per key for two keys and also received a free 3 brass key. The cut key was identical to the original from the tip of the key but looked like it cut more off at the head or handle end of the key. This did not seem to make a difference to my door lock though as all three cut keys worked perfectly. The selection of key colours was limited (somewhere around eight different colours) but I’m not too fussy about the key design. Paying was by credit card only and the machine had trouble taking my card at first but did work on a second try. Overall the experience was very good with a few minor hiccups.
