I've been a member here for 10 years. If you want to do personal banking here then its not bad but trying to do anything business related is a nightmare. They dont know how to send GST forms & they end up coming back. So I just did it myself online. Ive been trying to get the proper RRSP form for my accountant. The amounts are wrong & called 3 times to be brushed off saying thats the only form they send out. Then they told me they are sent out weekly (Ive only ever received it once in the mail at the end of the year). They then go on to charge me 15 for a copy when they lost it in the first place. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
Just received our T5 in the mail and I am extremely angry, with all the breaking into mail boxes, I can not believe that you actually advertise on the outside of the envelopes the tax documents are enclosed, S.I.N. Number name address what more could a thief ask for, good job on the privacy issues will be closing all accounts ASAP won’t happen next year I can assure you.
