These are the nicest people to deal with. I had a worker named Troy?? He phoned me to tell me he would be arriving in a few minutes. Came in to check my washing machine and deliver a refrigerator filter. He taught me how to prevent the same problem with my washer. And even left it for me to deeper clean while he installed the filter for my fridge. He also showed me how to reset it. (The instruction booklet said that button was on the door of the fridge.) But it was installed inside the fridge. Sometimes your instructions booklets are not correct. But Otto's staff are extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Otto's.

This store is the best! When we built our house 15 years ago, we bought all our appliances from Otto’s. On Dec 20, 2019, my Kitchenaide range quit working. Of course it had to happen just before Christmas. I contacted Otto’s and bought a GE Professional Series range. It started to malfunction after about 4 months. The touch pad would just start dinging when it wasn’t being touched among other functions not working. I called Otto’s for a repair on warranty. They came out right away but I wasn’t sure I wanted the stove and asked if they had a trade in program. Scott, the repairman, he said he would have Paul, the owner contact me. Paul was very accommodating after hearing my concerns. After some discussion, we agreed on a ‘trade in’ value on the GE and I am getting a new Whirlpool. If I had gone to a big box store to buy this stove, that would not have happened, I would be stuck with a range that I didn’t like. Paul went the extra mile to help me out and I am super appreciative! I know where I’ll be buying my next appliance! It pays to shop local folks!

Purchased an appliance a couple months ago, the delivery guys were such good help! But... the sales side of things were a bit iffy. Both salesmen working that day were helpful but also too helpful “If you know what I mean”
