Called in 5 times to change my address before it was actually done, haven't been sent important insurance documents, haven't been sent insurance slips after requesting them and being told they would be sent. Currently waiting at the dealership for over an hour waiting for insurance slips so I can leave in my vehicle but still have not received them after calling 3 times today. This company is a joke. Deal with a professional company instead.

I needed a pink insurance card and they would not even throw one out the front door!!!! A person can go to drive through and curb side service but THESE PEOPLE can’t even throw a copy out the door for a customer!!! Way to go on treating your customers!! There may be a pandemic, but people still need essential services!!!!
