If you like or love aviation then you should not miss this place. Have old planes from Soviet era and I enjoyed every minute of it. They even allow in couple of planes to enter and view from inside. Highly recommend.

A fantastic collection of Soviet Era aircraft.
Situated inside the building for Zhulyany Airport, the State Aviation Museum is a few kilometres southwest of the city centre. Anyone with an eye for aircraft or Soviet hardware will be in heaven here. The museum opened in 2003 on the 100th anniversary of the first manned flight. It’s the second largest museum of its kind in former Soviet countries and has a growing fleet of aircraft, which numbered over 70 at the last count. You can inspect Ilyushins, Antonovs, Sukhois, Tupolevs, Yakovlevs and of course, aircraft produced by the fabled Mikoyan-Gurevich Design Bureau (MiGs). The size of some of the helicopters may catch you by surprise, like the Mi-24, which is both a gunship and a transport for eight passengers
As an aviation geek I loved this place. Chocked full of Soviet era aircraft, both military and civilian, each with a little plaque giving basic information. For less than 4 entry it's well worth a visit
A really nice collection of mostly Soviet-era aircraft. Fighters, bombers, passenger planes, helicopters on show, reasonably well kept. Too bad there is only a few that can be seen from the inside too, but the collection is truly impressive anyway. Aviation enthusiasts: this is a must see and make sure you allocate at least two hours for the visit.
A excellent place where u can see all series of Russian aircrafts (commercial/fighter).Only thing they need improvement by providing Local guide/Audio guiding.
Must visit place if you live aviation. They’ve got everything you can imagine from soviet times. Also offering in cabin visit to some of their tupolevs. Very valuable experience for a dime. Get here is so easy , you can even walk from the terminal. They have a little hill as well if you wish to do some plane spotting . Sikorsky airport isn’t the main airport of Kiev so there isn’t to many traffic in there
One of the best places I've been in my lifetime, a massive range of aviation aircraft from early 20th century and modern day. You can go inside some of the aircraft including the cockpit of some. And it is also a great place for kids to go and have a look and experience it. Only issue I had was the staff who spoke little English but that is expected. A good day out should take around 2-3 hours.
