The rug arrived with severe bending into two folds, out of shape. The deep wrinkles and folds would never disappear. Paylessrug pushed liability to FedEx and manufacturer and even asked the customer to pay for the shipping 200 plus. It is a horrible online store. Please stay away from it as far as possible. There are plenty of good stores such as Wayfair and Overstock.

Rug had visible flaws For the cost of the rug, I was shocked and disappointed by the flaws Not only does the rug have flaws , it is a totally different color, when I report this , they claimed it was the light in the room! No, in any lighting this rug is not the same The dull colored rug the the one I received, NOT the same rug at all- in any light
I wanted the rugs I selected to get here before my new floor was finished. The sales manager called the companies while I was on hold to ensure they were in stock and could ship out same day (he wouldn't guarantee it but he requested it and they got it done). I'm very please with the carpets, the customer service, and the discounts offered.
Rug is beautiful & gorgeous! The website was easy to use, shipping was fast, & the rug had a higher quality than I had expected! I'm very happy with the rug! Love it!
I've never experienced more amazing staff and customer service, they are extremely helpful and always willing to try to get you the best discount they can. If you order something and it's on backorder they give you constant updates on when to expect your order to ship and as soon as it does they send you tracking information. And if you use their chat feature on their website they give you an extra discount. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new rug.
Purchased a rug from Payless Rugs and spoke with a customer service rep to make sure it was 100% wool and a soft rug before ordering. The rep told me it was 100% wool and a soft wool rug. Came in the mail and was extremely itchy and not soft. Despite my effort to talk to a customer service rep and ask questions before ordering, I had to pay the shipping back to them which is not cheap. Highly recommend not purchasing a rug from this site.
Excellent customer service from Payless Rugs! I had purchased an area rug that after having for a short period of time, I noticed an issue with it. I contacted Payless customer service via email to report my concern and they immediately got to work on resolving the issue for me. I ending up receiving a new replacement rug from the manufacturer as a warranty exchange. Payless even sent me the plastic sheeting that I needed to send the rug back to the manufacturer via a prepaid shipping label. I want to thank Denise and Amanda in the Payless Customer Service department for the prompt, professional and courteous service and for providing a very pleasant experience! This company has earned my repeat business for sure.
This was the first time I bought anything with Payless and I gotta say the whole experience went about as good as it could have gone. I bought a custom stair runner and was able to get samples sent to my house to check quality and color which was so helpful. Their staff was very patient with us and our list of questions and their selection was by far better than any other website we came across. The quality of the carpet runner was excellent and we have gotten so many compliments. Thank you Payless Rugs!
