Don't waste your time and money here. Language barrier plus poor medical knowledge.

Sorry to post this, I always try to be positive about experiences. However, when I enter an International Clinic, I expect the doctor to speak English or French. The lady at reception spoke better English than the doctor, who stated immediately that his English was little. I told him that I had been in the emergency unit of Gambelas hospital Faro the previous day. He didn't understand what I was seeing him for. High blood pressure, I required altered medication, and he was surprised that the doctor in A&E had not prescribed me any. Am I wrong to assume that for a prescription one goes to a treating GP? Anyway I will not be visiting this clinic again.

We experienced a misdiagnosed, serious foot injury. Month later found out it needed surgery. My son was called a 'wuss' for complaining about nothing. I believe it was disgraceful behaviour by the doctor and borderline incompetency. Not just a waste of 55 Euro but also a waste of time.

Mauvais. Ils ne répondent pas au téléphone. Ensuite mon épouse a pris rendez vous avec une rhumatologue qui a pris 75 Euros (elle ne prend pas la carte MULTICARE). Elle l'a a peine ausculté et malgré que mon épouse lui ai bien précisé qu'elle prenait un anti épileptique elle lui a prescrit des médicaments totalement incompatibles. Quand nous avons voulu aller la revoir entre deux rendez-vous elle a refusé de nous recevoir disant qu'il fallait prendre un nouveau rendez-vous et repayer 75 Euros. Je vous laisse juge de savoir si son intérêt principal est le patient ou l'argent !!!!

Essa Clinica tem a dignidade de atender telefones, ou 15 min é pouco para o utente esperar ? E já lá vão 25 min...e nada ! Um simples telefonema ? Assim, realmente...um bom cartão de visita ! Talvez que um aformação/reciclagem junto do hospital de Loulé, para não deixar envergonhada a casa mãe...

Telefonei para marcar um exame, esperei 5 minutos pelo atendimento da chamada. Depois pedi para marcar o exame e não o tinham, só em Loulé! Enfim...
