A bit cold... need to serve food warmer

Nice clean Micky Dee's, staff were observing all the anti COVID regulations & were very friendly. We used the kiosk to order our food which was delivered to our clean table.
Literally had the best service from the tattooed man with the disinfect belt and the cute traffic director with the glasses! So accommodating and helpful and the only reason I’m writing this review is to give them praise. McDonalds is McDonalds but the staff was fantastic!
the greens on my burger were at the bottom rather than being a part of the burger as seen on the pictures
Took ages and when it finally arrived the Big Mac was stone cold.
Ok, but slow and order delivered with a missing item
The best n was overflowing and there were a few errors with our order. Unfortunately we don't talk Portuguese so have to rely on the self service machine.
Good place, but we need wait a long time to get the meal.
