Heidi's compassion for her clients is evident in the way she goes beyond normal expectations of her job to ensure the best possible outcome in each and every case. The practice of immigration law in today's climate is difficult and can be discouraging but Heidi's strength of character, impeccable professionalism, strong work ethic, and positive attitude never seem to flag. Only gave 1 star because it was required. \Law Firm\ does not have an actual Paralegal working. The \acting\ paralegal, more like glorified receptionist, is rude and doesn't even know what shes talking about when it comes to giving legal advice. I went in to retrieve a copy of my case file and was denied the right to it. I was given the file only after I threatened to take legal action. A waiver I applied for was supposed to be submitted and a payment plan was agreed on but the lawyer misplaced it and lied and said it wasn't submitted because I didn't make a payment. I do not recommend Heidi Oligmueller to anyone and an official complaint is in the works.
