I purchased a new cell phone and Gavin spent about two hours downloading between 3 phones but he was VERY pleasant and helpful explaining every step Jason was also very helpful Gavin said any problem or questions come back any time and I’ll gladly help you. I’m a senior and not up to date with technology so back I went next day and Gavin was there with his smile and readiness to help me again What an asset he is to The Source in Oliver BC All the staff are pleasant and helpful at The Source in our little town
We purchased a new IPad today. Jatinden was very patient and extremely helpful in explaining and setting up our new device. He synced my iPhone to the iPad as well. We were very happy with the excellent customer service.
