I'm new to Oliver. Called to see if they would recycle our summer tires we can't use for another season. This company shows as a recycle partner for recycling tires on the recycling website. They don't honour the Tire Stewardship BC recycling program. They post on it they take old clean off rim tires free of charge. When I called the lady on the phone was very unprofessional especially about our choice of who changed out our summer for our winter tread. We are new to town. Anything I may need for any of my 3 vehicles will not be getting done there. I am also telling all our family here as well as our friends & coworkers to never use their business. Thank you for putting a sour note on a new person to town. Also, thank you for not honoring what the recycling website says. What else do you not honour????
