Booked an appointment for a mole removal for my daughter. Got in very quick. Space is elegant and clean with proper Covid precautions. I was warmly greeted with friendly front office staff. My daughter was a bit nervous for the procedure and the staff made her feel comfortable and calm. Lots of warm smiles! Jessica explained the procedure well and performed the procedure with the utmost professionalism. Will not think twice about going elsewhere for any of my cosmetic needs!!

I had a very poor experience at CSI my visit lasted less than one hour and I did get the facial injections that i thought would improve my appearance, I was not happy on my first visit an told them so, they suggested that I wait till my follow up appointment however I was still not happy so the gave me another injection at no additional charge, the atmosphere was not friendly when I wasn't happy. I was then told I would need to get a facelift to get results due to my age. I would have appreciated that type of advice before paying 4,115.00. I did check with a reputable plastic surgeon whose rate is 10,000 which includes all visits after the procedure. Also I would be billed 1,500 for the surgical center and 1,000 for anesthesia. All this would be in a medical facility with a board certified plastic surgeon. I asked for a refund or and adjustment to my bill and was flatly refused. I would never use Cosmetic Skin Center ever again I am a senior citizen and I am feeling cheated.

Absolutely LOVE the treatments, service, cleanliness, and attitude of CSI. Angela does a fantastic job listening to me and specializing all my treatments. My skin (dry, acne-prone) has been consistently improving since I started coming to CSI, and my own skincare routine has become incredibly easy and inexpensive because of how well CSI takes care of me! I recommend CSI to everyone!
