It's become run down as owner has new hotel so and all money going there. So the rooms are starting to look old need new paint and new AC as old manual and shower needs overhaul? Also staff very slow and forgetful when you order food and food not as fresh as it should be the bread. It's a shame as it a great location right on the see but there are beter newer place same price on cheaper and more modern so can not recommend this hotel for the price
