(APM) is a newly established Hongkong based company and the new branding for "McGram Fusion, INc." - which, on the other hand, was conceptualized from Sports Values, Inc (SVI). SVI handled Subic International Raceway maintenance from 1994 and continued to operate until 2011. McGram Fusion, Inc. which was founded in 2004 is based in Subic Bay, Philippines in what was the former US Navy base. The company operated in two separate divisions. The first division manufactured lightweight composite materials such as fiberglass, carbon graphite and Kevlar made into products like car seats, body kits, dashboards, wings, and other similar products. The second division built car, jeeps, and trucks. The latter division also offered services as restoration, rebuilding and reengineering of cars, vans, etc. with its main focus on the export market. In the past years, the company supplied body kits and composite materials to the US, Japan and Brunei - all of which require very high standard of quality and workmanship. With the skills and resources, McGram started carrying out refit and maintenance work on the superyachts in the South East Asia region in 2007. The current rebranding of the company is part of a drive to establish ourselves as the leading Superyacht refit and Maintenance facility in Asia which will include a Syncrolift (up to 70m) with in and out of water facilities dedicated to superyachts, the first in Asia. With this facility combined with the local skilled labour, being managed by an international team, drawing experience from such yards as Amels, Pendennis, Rybovich, Vitters and many other we believe we will have a very competitive and winning combination.
