Some of the worst if not the worst burger I have ever had, was raw, completely dry and chewy, needless to say I didn’t finish it. The waitress didn’t ask if anything was wrong. I won’t be coming back, or recommending the burger here.

Definitely the nicest looking Bar in Olsztyn's downtown. The front window beckons with warmth, well worn wood, and conviviality. We sat at the beautiful carved wood bar in comfortable tall captain's stools (bar could use a brass foot bar). Cozy alcoves with heavy wood and velvet cushions in rich burgundy velvet add to the strong but lush atmosphere. Efficient, hands off service, was solid. Drinks were good but not great as far as balance. We tried two froo-froo drinks: the Sexy on the Sofa which was tasty but overly sweet but had amazing bird of paradise fruit decor and the Glenfiddich Black Currant Soda, but they just used water with gas and that's never really strong enough to deliver a good soda Style. I recommend them getting a CO2 hand held soda dispenser or recrafting the drink with a sparkling wine finish. Prices were ok. A little high, but as I said, the nicest bar in the Center. Nice bathrooms.
Service is very bad. First of all, my daughter ordered the pasta with turkey. The waitress said, that they do not have turkey and chef will prepare the pasta with chicken. So, the waitress promised discount. I ordered the ribs, not bad, but there was not any sauce. My son ordered fish and chips-horrible. At the end, there was not any discount on meals. Just promise. I do not recommend this place because of poor service and average meal.
The staff is very unprofessional, most of the time the waitresses sat inside near the bar and chatted with the other staff members. The food was below average, the ribs that the waitress brought was without any sauce, when asked for the bbq sauce she told she will bring it, but didn't. The fish and chips were dry and burnt.
Absolutely can’t understand why this place has a 4.5 rating. The burger was terrible - basically inedible and we left it. The fish meals we tried were quite awful. We can’t believe the prices - what you would expect to pay for fresh and delicious meals in Gdańsk or Warszawa - not old frozen stuff in Olsztyn.
The fish and chips had very little in common with traditional fish and chips; amongst other details, the battered fish was clearly fried on a pan rather than a deep fryer. For a pub that styles itself as a British one they should at least get this right

Have been going here ever since i forst arrived years back, loved it then and love it now. The aura of the place is superb, great team inside and with the addition of downstairs and the restaurant its just a fab place to eat, drink and hang out - leisurely or for business! Thanks guys
