Been to this restaurant several times and the food seems to get better and better. The last time we came was for valentines day the beef wellington was delicious. You can tell the owners really care. The food is always good and they are kind and considerate. I usually don't order fish at restaurants because it is typically dry... not here it was so moist and seasoned well. There mushroom risotto was amazing too. I love to cook so it's hard for us to find a place we really enjoy the food but I have always really enjoyed everything I have tried here. You can tell that they really care about the menu and keep it not only delicious but fresh too. Also I like the decor and it's clean and comfortable too.

Try the imposter burger and poutine. I was in heaven. I swear there's no better poutine in Olympia! Try the garlic steak for dinner. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu!
Sooo many reasons to come to Cascadia Grill! The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff are all amazing to interact with! The real show stopper is the food though. They have a full vegan menu along with their regular menu! The food on both is amazing and will not dissappoint! The highlight for us though, has to be the amazing fries! Super crispy outside with a soft interior and the salt is on point! This is a must try!
Wonderfully safe atmosphere, top tier Staff, as well as an amazing Cook, if He's not a Chef, it should be bestowed upon Him. :) Food is delicious, with thoughtful attention to detail with vegan dishes, try the fried firm tofu it's M-azing! Great selections at the bar as well. Good fast service, a slight wait at times that only adds to how excellent the food is when it arrives. You shan't be disappointed if You give it a try
Such a wonderful dish. The ambiance feels so good plus the great customer service and delicious food. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommended!
