Steer clear of this deceitful organization. VSO will lead you on as though they are submitting your claim and then allow it to expire and refuse to answer your call or emails.

Sadly, my experience here was less than ideal. I felt like my coming here was a hinderance in their everyday lives. Before I can finish my story for why I was coming to see them, I was already getting the run around and almost pushed off to be someone else’s problem. Even while I was trying to finish my story, an employee was already shaking their head no, as in this place wasn’t the right place to get the help I needed. If they had listened to help versus listened to react, they would’ve known I had spoken to someone at their facility that said I can get help there and to come in anytime. It truly felt like a let down before I can even get a word in.

My husbands fiduciary is very good. He helps my husband with his money and is very kind and understanding of my husbands bipolar condition. I want to thank him for his service and support. .

It took a year and two months to respond to James' review. Someone should be ashamed of themselves.....(Update:) in response to the owner. No I need help now, not in a year or two..
