Left Olympus a few months ago after dealing with them for nearly a year and a half I got a casual job while I was with them and did it all myself they had nothing to do with it yet took responsibility for getting me the job so they could get extra money for themselves on too of that it wasn't added to my job plan do for 11 months it was saying I didn't work and after leaving I got a message 3 months later keep in mind this Is already 8 months after working and they send me a Text saying congrats on the job and that they have a voucher for me on site like what it's been months since I got the job and 3 months after I leave it's a good time to send that? The reason I left was the job search group stuff they keep you waiting for nearly 2 hours and when I got changed to 1 on 1 appointments I was told they didn't believe I applied for jobs when 1 I had a job already and 2 I have all the application emails in both gmail and indeed/seek as proof and they wanted to give me a demerit so I said look it's fine and that day I changed

Not helpful at all.Was like I was just another number to them, constantly seeing different employees come and go..so nobody remembers who you are are what your goals are just repeating yourself constantly. it’s very tiring...I recommend avoiding this place if you actually want help.
