We had taken a flat from Mr Yash Vasvani of Om housing agency and had very difficult time getting it repaired and usable . Also found getting the advance back was too Delayed . He takes a cut from the advance also and gives reasons after three months of vacating. Over all a very bad experience. Be careful when you deal with him . Do put everything on paper. He also abuses people wrongly by blaming his wrong timings of work on other and we need to call him as per his availability for getting things done. Overall a mess . Check before anybody put ladies in the flat provided by him. He verbally abuses them for everything if anything in the flat goes wrong.
