Tried to order green card for cross border travel insurance, told me my insurance certificate number was invalid,so contacted Omagh branch to try to sort,told by whoever that car insurance details must be mixed up with my home insurance details,gave me a password so I could connect online,no good, same problem, don't know why he couldn't isue me with card over phone,not a happy bunny,
