I would like to Thank the following: Dr. S. Bolte, The Staff At the Procedure Center when I was having my stent removed last Friday. After the removal I was very dizzy and not feeling well. Dr Bolte insisted staying till I was better and the Staff (Staff Member Shortie) made appointment with my Internal Doctor at Thinkhealth Care. I do highly recommend the care, sensitivity, and well being. Louis Wolfson

Run away from this place unless you want to get lost in the shuffle and have the doctors pawn you off on their horrible nurses. Amy Bullington, APRN-NP is downright rude and dismissive. Clearly this facility is only in it for the money. They don't care about people at all.

Dr. Arthur was more than amazing and his nurse was so kind and made my husband feel at ease. He prescribed just enough pain medication to get my husband through the worst of it and we weren't left scrambling to get him some relief. HOWEVER the office called for our prior authorization before the procedure. Vasectomy is covered 100% by our insurance. My husband finally called the day before the procedure and they stated that 825 was not covered by our insurance and we would have to pay out of pocket. We had to get it done in this time frame as this was the only time that worked for us. So we paid 825 before the procedure. Come to find out when I'm looking over claims from our insurance that it covered this at 100% with 0 copay. So the billing department knew that insurance would cover it and still charged us!! So I called today and they stated that apparently our deductible wasn't met (shouldn't matter as it is covered 100%) and they can't refund our money until the insurance sends the explanation of benefits (WTH??) Why do a prior authorization if you are going to charge customer anyways. I know technically this was our fault as we should have said this was 100% covered but I wasn't sure of our options... seems kinda shady to me.

So dealing with these individuals has been quite a ride I couldn't figure out why the firstly changed the time of such appointment then fictitiously a appointment soon to follow. Come to find that I'm dismissed as a patient, hey thanks for the ride. Shoot what am I supposed to say? Ha ha well.

I just called the billing department and spoke with Jill. That was the fastest, and best call with a billing department I've ever had.
