The website says to call in for discounts and specials, so I did. The lady on the phone wanted to walk me through the process of getting on the balloon over the phone. Wouldn't the instructor do that at the time of getting on the balloon in person? Once I said can we do this later I just want to know pricing she hung up on me. Very rude. Place is a call center not located in Omaha.
